OUR WORK

AMELIA HIDE

This is Amelia, she loves photography and this was only a hobby until she called Create Action. She spoke to our team when she was 16 and we told her the ways in which she could develop a career out of photography, she is now 18 and has been on several training courses, and had work experience with in this field, setting her up for a bright future.

Kaylee wanted to be a magazine editor but never knew how to get into this field. She went to her local state school and was not offered the correct resources in order to help her reach her creative goals. Kaylee came to Create Acton three years ago and is now 19, and working with "Hello"magazine part time, we enabled Kaylee to have the training and resources to do this and we would like to help you too.

Visit our About Us page to learn how the team can help you.

Our most recent campaign is called "Get Creative"and we want to encourage people between 15 and 18 to consider joining in the creative industries. We would especially like to reach out to teenage girls of all ethnicities, as research has shown the industry does not accurately reflect diversity in society and they may have never thought of this as a potential option until now

We want YOU to help design our next campaign "Creative Fun in the Sun" submit your design entries below for a chance to win your idea as the face of Create Action as well as a brand new Mac Book Pro!

NATALIE SHAP

At age 15 Natalie didn't know what she wanted to do or what A levels to take, Create Action visited her school and taught her the routes into the creative industries. Natalie is now 18 and is taking A levels in both Media and Film Studies at the end of 2017. Natalie said:

"Create Action have helped me so much, I am now able to fulfil a creative future, although I didn't initially think of this route I am confident in my journey later on"

"I have loved learning about Create Action and now I would like to be a photographer because I know how I can do this and I did not have any knowledge about this but now I feel educated and more confident in myself and my future"
